Q&A

What led you to pursue a career in manufacturing?

I wanted to try to learn something completely different than I had been doing.

What has your journey been like?

The experience has been of great learning and growth. Every day I learn something new about manufacturing and process change specifically. I learn about the different materials we work on even when it’s the same part model but is made with different materials.

What have you learned about yourself?

No matter the circumstances, I’m able to develop more skills and continue to grow and achieve new goals.

The most important skill I’ve learned thus far is how to inspect my parts to bring perfection to the companies that trust in your job.

Do you have any advice for people interested in a career in manufacturing?

Don’t be afraid to try it. They’ll have the opportunity to learn about many things, which will give them the opportunity to specialize in something they really love.
